In this culinary paradise you can savour updated versions of almost forgotten specialities from South Tyrol as well as creative international classic. The ingredients are fresh from the herb garden and the Stafler family’s “Nagele” estate, the exquisite wines from the well-stocked wine cellars. Meals are served at stylishly prepared tables. You can also tour the lovingly renovated Valle Isarco/Eisacktal “Haus Kramer” on the opposite of the road and visit the estate “Stube” with its views directly into the cow-sheds.
