every Wednesday from 15th July to 19th August 2009, 7 to 11 p.m.
Every Wednesday from mid July to mid August from 19.00 onwards twenty inns and restaurants in the centre of Sterzing adopt a particular culinary theme. Both the old and the new parts of town turn into a fairground: craftsmen show off their skills, a market beckons you to look around and musical offerings entertain you.

„Mühlbocha Gossnkuchl“
every Wednesday from 8th July to 19th August 2009, 7 p.m. to midnight
You can watch food being cooked in the open air from the end of July to the end of August, from 19.00 until midnight, every Wednesday evening in the historic centre of Rio di Pusteria/Mühlbach. But it’s not just chefs who are displaying their talents; - artisans working at ancient rural crafts are also happy for you watch them at work. Meanwhile musical entertainment is provided by Schuhplattler folk dancers, Bohemians, hunting horn players and many more.

Bressanone/Brixen Summer Experience
every Thursday from 9th July to 6th August 2009, 7 p.m. to midnight
Bressanone “Summer Nights” promise a special sort of experience. The old town with its worldly pleasures becomes a place to promenade. Blues, jazz, rock, flamenco, classical and folk music – every Thursday evening, from mid July to mid August, the streets are filled with the sound of guitars and the spicy aroma of culinary specialities. The cultural town of Bressanone turns into an open-air kitchen in true southern style and invites you along to pass the time and taste what’s on offer.

Long Thursday in Chiusa/Klausen
every Thursday 9th July to 20th August 2009, from 7 p.m.
Thursday evenings are also celebrated in the lanes of Klausen from the middle of July to the end of August. The shops are open until 22.00, and street performers and folklore groups, tastings of typical Eisacktal specialities and displays of the old crafts are all part of the programme of the “Gassl” experience.
